This would have be one of best glutamines that I used. After reading about how many servings it has 265 servings. Unlike compare to other brands of glutamine that I have used in the past having been average and having less servings as well like 60 servings or 100 servings . This type of glutamine is more cost effecient with 265 servings . Nice to see it is nz made as well.
This is a good product and what makes it a winner is they are an NZ company, and also , it's pure L-Glutamine, not the blend of different types of Glutamine. Not sure on the added benefits or solid research of the blend? (such as Infinite Labs Glutamine MTX)
Don't know about the serving size idea.... I usually consider at least 5g to be the minimum. These guys say 1.9g? Hence the lower rating on "formula" nothing more.
