Precise to its product title, Mutant Mass is an clear-cut behemoth amongst weight gaining nutritional supplements. It packs a mess of exceptional ingredients needed, but perhaps the most extraordinary USP is the sheer amount of calorie count it contains – 1,060 kcal each serving, to be precise. Let’s put that in perspective… That’s approximately range of calories as a typical Weekend roast – in only 1 weight gainer! Completely ridiculous! Concerning the remainder of its goodies, for almost every serving we’re looking at a nice measure of carbohydrates to protein (176g healthy carbohydrates, 52g protein) as well as an excellent combination amino acids – great for supporting recuperation. The suggested number of scoops is four per serving. By the very fact that I had to push this oversize quantity into two separate shakers, I could tell this experience would likely go 1 of 2 ways: One technique was good, the other… could be fucking terrible. Taste & Texture I made use of a juice machine to mix Mutant Mass with milk, and I was happy to find that, on drinking it, chunks were minimum. Good start. Regardless, on account of the absolute tidal wave of calories, it was still a battle to get down. I tried shaking it once – without a mixer – but never ever again. Having the thing into a drinkable form required a titanic struggle and considerable amount of arms strength – think power wank. Taste-wise, I actually had no complaints. I preferred for the Cookies and Cream flavour and, honestly, it tasted delightful. Mind you, I was a job seeker at the time, so take into account my palette had been corrupted by a rigorous diet of burnt toast, kebabs and manufacturing strength cider. Effectiveness The 67kg bag of Mutant Mass lasted me just over three to four weeks, and in that time I achieved some pretty wondrous size and muscularity gains. Along-side a large calorie diet, 4×1 hour workouts per week, and nominal cardio, I put on about half a stone in weight. And additionally the good thing was that most of this bulk was thin muscle. Unquestionably, with a weight gainer of this magnitude, its never likely going to be absolute muscle. Inevitably, I grew a little bit of a gut – but nothing that a small amount of cardio wouldn’t fix. Quite possibly more impressive, however, were the strength gains. Let’s take every fitness center rat’s favorite exercise – the bench press. Ahead of using Mutant Mass, I had plateaued at about 85kg for 5×5. Anyway, during my stint using this mass gainer, I was able to increase the weight I was benching on 5×5 from 85kg to 95kg. Outstanding, eh? What’s more, I managed to amplify the weight I was pushing on all my other compound exercises quite remarkably. Side Effects No Mutant Mass review would be complete without ever having mention of one inconvenient side effect… Word of advice: As well as developing mutant size, this product gives you some serious methane issues. We’re truly talking hazardous guff gas here. I cleared workplaces, store aisles, tube carriages – and on one occasion about 25 people from the dance area of my student union. And if that wasn’t ample, every shit was like giving birth. This stuff made me feel persistently bloated – it was like digesting cement. It is not recommended to take Mutant Mass well before a night out – turtle bellies all round otherwise. Value For Money Usually retailing at about £68 for a 6.8kg bag, value-for-money is pretty damn brilliant if you ask me. Obviously it’s not low-priced, but for what you'll get, it is, in my opinion, one of the better value weight gainers on the market – and definitely a safer bet than many of the bargain basement brands out there. Abstract Pros Grows lean body mass Tastes incredible Boosts strength gains Great value for the price supports recuperation Negative aspects Too difficult to digest Mutant gas final words All in all, Mutant Mass is the best weight gainer on the market. Recommend highly for anyone looking to pile on slabs of muscle in a limited time span. Good mass gaining product. A heap of calories and protein. Gained some real size (mainly muscle but a little bit of belly fat which is too be expected) A litle hard to shake to get rid of the clumps at the recommened serving size of 4 scoops so i split mine between 2 shakes

Have tried the Chocolate and Vanilla Ice Cream flavours. Choco is ok. Vanilla is terrible unless you REALLY REALLY like the taste of cinnamon. Nothing you add to this supplement can get rid of the disgusting taste. As a weight gainer it is passable. It can give you diarrhea in a bad way. If you look at the list of contents you will see it only has some amino acids added. it really is a poor quality product. I recommend ON Serious Mass (see my review).

Should be called mutant ass cause it gives you the squirts. Bad exp with this product. Exessive gas and squirts.stink as farts too. Stomach aches. Bloating and the taste is overly sweet and artificial tasting. Scoops were way too massive and always clumpy even on a magic bullet Not for me mate

I have bought the 17lbs (15+2lbs bonus) of the strawberry banana creme frlavour which was a great deal for the money only cost $140, comparing that to some of the other mass gainers on the market that are a similar price but a fraction or the amount. The shake tasted amazing in my oppinion but was verry sweet so wouldnt be for everyone, I had mine with full fat milk which makes it work out to have roughly 1200 calories and 76g or protein per serving which is great. only downside i found was that it was difficult to mix as i would often find alot of lumps on my shake. All in all i found this a great mass gainer and has hugely helped my gain weight with my training gaining about 1-2 kgs every couple weeks. Would deffinalty recomend this to others looking for a good complete mass gainer at a great price.
