I've been lifting heavy for a while now, and using multis, from the cheap, the one-a-days, the thrifty, to the packets, the horse pills and the powders. I've really not noticed any particular benefits of either.
While I don't necessarily get all the nutrients from my diet I possibly should, its good to try some of the big bang multis just to fill some gaps.
I've not been through the entire label comparing each and every vitamin and mineral, but there certainly seems to be a lot here. You have your standard multi lookin section, then some omega fats, greens, antioxidants, and even some immunity and digestion support.
Formula / Overall 8/10:
While I do believe this to be a fantasitc multi, some of the added stuff just seems a bit udnerdosed to me. Some of the ingredients would be better run stand alone should you really require them.
The other thing worth noting is that while the label specifies 2 caps which = 90 serves, this is simply a NZ standard: the real intended US label is 6 caps per serve which = 30 serves. Against other multis this might still not work out so bad price per serve, but I'd rather take gasparis Anavite based on the fact that per 60 serves you are also getting beta alanine and l-carnitine as well.
However, based on what I said about the dosing - hell, I think to make this last I will just be using this on 2 caps a day, or a full 6 when I have not had enough fruit / vege. Good to have that option.
Although I bought this as a combo deal with musclepharm combat whey from xplosiv which worked out to be an excellent deal.
