Formula-wise I see a lot of familiar ingredients here, and if I were to compare it with anything I'd say Final Cutz. The stand out ingredient for me is the gugglesterones which was featured in Lipo 6 among a few others. This was apparently used for thyroid stimulation, however I recall there being claims that it was blocking testosterone or something, and pretty much causing 'menopausal hot flushes' to men. Not sure if there was evidence of that but might look into it.
Also in the formula is a small, and I mean minuscule dosage of CLA. I've used CLA standalone before and the dosage is very high, and got real expensive, real fast.
Each cap is 200mg caffeine. While using I took 1 cap at a time, on the one occasion I took 1 upon waking and another an hour later.
That feel: 8/10
At one cap this can actually really pick my mood up and I feel great. Other times, not so much. I had instances when I could have swore I felt burning hot, but was only in the first few days of use so not sure what kind of thermogenic effects are at play.
So apparently this is 1 cap per day. Most fat burners are a 30 day supply and at 90 caps I'd immediately assume it was 3 days a day, however given the high caffeine content I wouldn't recommend this. At the most I've used it 2 caps a day, the exception being today where I used 1 upon waking, 1 an hour later and will use another later.
However: I have a high tolerance to caffeine, and if in doubt, ALWAYS use the label recommendation.
You could look at this as a 90 day supplement, or a 45, or a 30 if you are not afraid of the big stim wolf. Either way, for the price it works out very good per serve.
Fat loss? I've been using for 5 days so obviously not a lot I can comment on, however I binged hard over the easter break (which never really seemed to end for me: chocolate, pizza and all kinda of crap for 2 weeks oh lawd) and I've managed to maintain my weight, similar to when I ran Diablo over the xmas break.
Just a petty gripe, but I hate the name. 'Fat burner 1.0' is seriously generic and gives the impression that 1.5 or 2.0 is just around the corner.
Also the blade logo looks like a 69. canno_be_unseen.jpeg
