Woah, this stuff is a serious killer for me. Check your sensitivity levels first! Overdosing will end up with headaches, the gitters or other negative effects, but getting just the right dose for your body type/size as a pre-workout, you can feel it's effects. Helps with those last few reps. Taste is average, but fine. Skin may crawl.

Just purchased a second tub of Ritual. Great product overall which hits the spot in all the right places. Probably better for those who don't like overbearing stim or prickly effects, but still crave a boost in energy before and during their workout.

Was keen to try the new flavour rituals,having tried Apple (Oven cleaner) and Blue...something (zombie chew) Watermelon was bloody yum as watermelon goes. The usual,Ritual is by far my favourite PWO to date. I recommend this to everybody who asks me what i take as far as supplements are concerned. ANS can do no wrong.

Not often I say I am impressed by a supplement... but I'll say it for Ritual! It was awesome. Fairly long lasting pump, good smooth energy flow from stimulants and didn't give any crash or anything. Tasted pretty good too seems to have everything. Seems like only the best quality ingredients went into this.
