Great product. Have been using this for quite some time now and can't think of changing. It has effective dosage of all the vits that our body demands to get the bar off the rack and it comes with several other ingredients that we forget about but it takes care of those ones too. Very effective and highly recommend.

these multivitamins are an awsome product. highly recommended, joints/ligaments feel great during and after heavy lifting. plenty of energy throughout the working day. the only down side which i think most will agree on is the fact you have to take 11 pills in 1 serve. especially when adding it with other pill for supps. but regardless i will still continue to use these bad boys.

A very solid and complete multi vitamin. One downside for some people could be the size of some of the pills or just the number of pills in each pack (11). Other than that, it's a good product.

Amazing multi, jammed packed with goodies, the paks are great to rip open and slug back, but honestly I dont feel any different from the 3 or 4 runs ive used of this (44 days each) and am quite happy sticking to the GO Healthy multi for a fraction of the price.

My usual multi when I can get on sale. As with multi's dont really feel anything, and the amount of pills is a lot (11 I think). Wouldn't pay full RRP but seems decent enough with a good reputation behind it.
