This is my go-to creatine/BCAA. It has an odd cheese-type after-taste. But when I was in a bulking phase, I gained close to 1.5kg of muscle mass over 5 weeks. With training so long, it felt like I was experiencing newbie gains. I was smashing back that grape like it was nothing. Would definitely recommend to others.
