I received the tub this morning so I was really excited to try it out. Went the usual way about taking my PWOs starting with the thermo and then 2 scoops of this. It was alright as far as energy and focus goes, but didn't really feel much of a pump or any extra strength gains. I found it to be a bit overrated. The flavour wasn't too unpleasant ( Watermelon ) and it tasted exactly like Defcon1 watermelon. Then again, who takes PWOs for the taste ? Mixed well. No crash from it which was the good part.
