To be honest even keeping my weight and that in mind my lifts are pretty weak. They consistently go up though so I guess that's what matters :) will take a look at my log to post numbers next time I'm on the computer

did those sun rise things for the first time today.  need to work on dat flat ass.

 

did 4 sets I think, finished off with 7 reps of 90 kg.  PB!!!  :D  B)  -_-  <_<  :unsure:  :blink:  :ph34r:

My pb's as of late. I haven't done any pb's this year except for bench, too many injuries this year. Won't be able to do them this year got tight hips(going too low with shit flexibility)+ broken thumb.

These were when I was around 78kg

Bench 100kg
Squat 140kg
deadlift 155kg

I had PB's on shoulders chest and triceps last night (thanks to expired PWO nonetheless!!!!)

Maybe it gave me extra powers?!?!?!?!?

But I am still so embarrassed to show you my numbers!

I have been stuck squatting the same lame weight for a while now but think I am going to be able to put it up next time, hitting the 5 a little easier now. 42.5kg 3x5

Oh and just finally got to put my stiff leg deadlifts up thanks to my versas :D so doing 46kg 3x5 on those

shit just got real

 

deadlift, 2 x 1 @ 168kg, then 1 @ 173kg 

 

Then 3 sets of 5 bent over rows @ 65kg

 

then just for shits and giggz I gave mil press @ 65kg a go (never been that high, mil press been weak as lately) got 1x65, then to make sure it wasn't fluke I got another 2.

 

Versa Gripps. Not only once.

Wow these numbers make me sad (in a good way, some epic lifts here) lol may as well throw mine up.

 

Squat 110kg, although I squat (squatted?) 100 for 4 on Wednesday. Would be nice to try a 1RM on squats with someone to check my depth.

 

Deadlifts today, training triples at the moment, trying to get that number up.

110kg x 3, 115kg x 3, 120kg x 3, then 125kg x 1. Felt like I could've gotten another rep at the 125 but I racked it anyway :(

 

Tend not to bench due to a niggling shoulder injury I've had forever (everyday used to be bench day, learned the hard way on that one)

 

19 y/o at 73kg (not that it makes a huge difference lol)

As Gyro said, it's all relative (we train at the same gym btw), no-one here's gonna judge you for not dead-lifting the 100, and if you are, I might cry myself to sleep.

Well ok here it is.

I was so proud of myself the other day because when I do tricep extensions or kickbacks or whatever they called (I kneel on a bench one Hand one knee, other foot on floor, and extend tri back with a dumbbell). So normally I would do a mere 4 kilo dumbbell each side and do 3 sets of 10 reps

The other day I did 4 sets of 15 with 8kg dumbells

Inb4 everyone laughs at me for barely any lift :(

I don't really go in for this one max rep thing; years of the hubs telling me the strength is a good number in a good amount of reps.
