Solid taste, easy to mix and goes down easily. I'm personally a stim junkie and for any preworkout to hit me I need somewhere about minimum of 300mg caffeine. First time using this I took 2 scoops for the 270mg energy boost. Effects were slower than other preworkout but the energy I felt was immense. I could push harder and the pumps were just about right, not insane hard pumps but decent. I did see vascularity in my arms though and instantly focus harder on my workouts. The only con I can say for this product is the crash, I felt it right about the 2 hour mark in the gym and it hit me pretty hard. No jitters or tingling feeling, however would recommend for others to try.
Clean and effective preworkout overall. Really good brand. However, what let it down for me personally was the flavor 'blue raspberry'. Took the guys advise as blue rass in most brands is normally the safe option but was not the safe option with this preworkout. Flavor was really really really bad. Very gutted. I guess it comes down to personal preference but I just wasted $70 because the first scoop of this prework (blue raspberry flavour) was my last scoop.
If you're used to smooth protein shakes and enjoy them then this is not for you, tastes alright I guess but is unbelievably thick, have to use a blender if you want any more than one scoop. Is hard enough to drink with water let alone milk where it's 10x as thick as most mass gainers and chunky. If you like thick shakes and at a low price then go for it but personally wouldn't recommend. Back to RSP whey I go
